***** We Do Not Ship Lamb**** Your order must be picked up at the processor where the lamb is butchered. Just wanted to save (those of you that have to have a product delivered) some reading time.

Our small farm produces grass-fed lamb from our flock of Katahdin hair sheep. A breed of sheep "made in the USA" exclusively for the production of delicious lamb. From our pasture to your plate. From our fields to your freezer. Or farm to table - whatever trendy name you apply, it is the closest thing to having your own home grown lamb, but without all the farm chores.

First and foremost, we grow lambs for our family to eat. Since we have room to grow a few more than we need, we offer the additional freezer lambs for sale. We utilize local processors and drop off the lambs according to our reservation date(s). You (the customer) provide the instructions on how to cut and package the meat and pick up your order at the processor.

We are located in Northeast Texas, about an hour Northeast of Dallas, near the small towns of Celeste, Leonard and Wolfe City. The processors we use are typically located within half an hour of the farm. We currently use Rail 19 Quality Meat Company in Brashear Tx. The cost of processing (cut, wrap, freeze) is about $125 per lamb, depending on the complexity of your requests. Each lamb costs $275.00 and we deliver it to the processor on a date reserved for us by the processor. We typically process once or twice a year. We do not ship lamb. If you have questions about the processing part of the lamb, call or email Rail 19 Quality Meat Company. If you have questions regarding the live lamb, email the farm. dautobiacres@yahoo.com
