Our mission is to teach others how to live a more sustainable lifestyle and to take control of their health. Our practices avoid erosion, pollution, environmental degradation, and wasted resources. We specialize in teaching food production methods emphasizing the well-being of the soil, air, and water, the creatures that inhabit it, and the human consumers who depend on it.
