We are a small farm and apiary in East Texas focused on growing and producing specialty food. Currently we have ducks, quail, and bees. We have eggs available (boiled quail eggs are so fun!) We are starting to grow flowers and interesting veggies (dark purple tomatillos anyone). We are also growing Oyster mushrooms and in the spring/summer we will have honey/pollen/propolis and other hive produced items. We grow herbs and have select dried/medicinal available.
