CSA: Erbe Ranch

A Chicken CSA Share is one (1) 4-lb minimum, pasture-raised chicken per week for ten (10) weeks for a total of ten (10) chickens. A Half Chicken Share is one (1) 4 lb minimum, pasture-raised chicken every other week for ten (10) weeks for a total of five (5) chickens. We guarantee the Chickens delivered to our CSA members will be at least 4 lbs. In general they will average 4.5 lbs. As a benefit to our CSA members, we are charging a flat rate per chicken no matter the size.
