The Maple Dude

Welcome to The Maple Dude! Each year from about mid March to mid April we produce the some of the best pure maple syrup available. We also raise 100% grass fed all nautural bison. We've been at this many years now but our maple tradition goes back much further than that. I learned the skill of "sugar making" from my father and grandfather. When you consider the fact that my family was the first to settle the central Wisconsin area we've actually been producing maple syrup since the original "maple dude" arrived here from Germany back in 1858! We take pride in what we produce. Hand crafted quality best describes what we do. While many producers use such practices as oil for fuel we use more traditional methods. We boil all of our maple over a wood fired evaporator. Making maple syrup is something we love to do. We hope you enjoy the products we produce!
