We process what the bees give us, 100% natural honey. We do not heat or filter the honey. Our honey is carefully extracted from the honeycomb using centrifugal force, and then coarsely strained for large pieces of wax and particles leaving the nutritional value items, such as pollen, intact. We do not add flavors, chemicals, or other sweeteners. Our hives are maintained by natural management practices and we do not use chemicals in our hives.
