Our wood fired brick oven we built in 2008-2009 , is the centerpiece of our farm. We offer baking classes, pizza nights, and artisan organic breads. Our 'Friday Night Pizza" nights have expanded to Saturday nights this year, we are proud to use local tomatoes in our home made sauce, local meats from nearby farms, as well as local produce as seasons permit. Our breads we produce are made with organic flours exclusively. We specialize in naturally leavened sourdough breads ,as well as sprouted grain breads, and other baked goods. Our sweet breads and scones use local fruits we preserve season to use in winter months. Wood fired brick oven pizza , made with homemade dough, is enjoyed in our covered pavilion from April through October, or in our sunroom from November through March. We support and encourage community with our events, not just eating pizza , but support of other area farms and families as well.
