Holy Cow Beef

Holy Cow Beef is a family-run West Texas operation in operation for over 20 years. We believe food is never neutral. How it is raised matters: to our bodies, our communities, and our moral life. Guided by our faith, we assure our food is raised rightly from the land to the family. It is by this Catholic understanding of stewardship, we apply to the land, animals, and our labor as gifts entrusted to us, not resources to be exploited. 

We raise our animals intentionally and with respect, believing this work is not just a business but a vocation, an act of service carried out with integrity, humility, and gratitude. We’re deeply thankful to every customer who chooses to support our family and share our beef at their table.
