Nature's Bounty Produce Nature's Bounty Produce program is similar to Community Supported Agriculture, which refers to a partnership between farmers and consumers where members can support farmers by purchasing "shares" of the coming season's harvest. The member gets a good deal compared to regular market prices and the farmer is able to have a continuing market for produce. The farmers agree to do everything they can to supply your family with a season's worth of the best food imaginable- fresh, picked that morning and naturally grown. As a member you are committing to buy produce for the growing season. A good way to think of it is as if you had your own garden but were not the one tending it. All the produce is grown from non-Genetically Modified seed without restricted use chemicals and chemical fertilizer. Chemicals may be used on squash, watermelons, cantaloupe, tomatoes and beans but members can request chemical free shares but should know that this choice may affect availability of these varieties.
