Our Family Farms Naturally has been using organic practices since 1985 - we were organic "before organic grass-fed beef" became fashionable! Beef Naturally provides a true beef flavor experience - the flavor is in the beef, not gobs of fat. All of us have ordered a high priced cut of beef and the flavor was from seasoned fat, salt or the onions and mushrooms - not the meat.
