Farm-to-Table Private Chef and Catering

Daniel Schrock is a private chef committed to providing the community with culinarian-inspired meals for any occasion utilizing produce from his family-run farm as well as local farms. He attended culinary school in Vermont where he learned the importance of farm-to-table cuisine. He now is offering private chef and catered events in Monterey County and surrounding areas. Events include passed appetizers, sit-down dinners, buffet-style lunches and dinners, family-style meals, and brunches.
