We are a small grove growing olives for oil & are considered a boutique producer. I do recipe development & produce flavored dark balsamic, flavored white balsamic, mustard, herbal salt.
Other foods are on a very limited basis with small a production of specialty items that are seasonal such as our extra virgin olive oil, Armenian rose petal jam, powdered pomegranate skin, Meyer lemon,orange peel, blood orange peel bites.
I authored a cookbook, "Dishing It Out", that features interesting easy recipes.
I'm always trying new things,trying to introduce fun ways to fix foods.
