We are a small grove growing olives for oil & are considered a boutique producer. I do recipe development & produce flavored dark balsamic, flavored white balsamic, mustard, herbal salt. Other foods are on a very limited basis with small a production of specialty items that are seasonal such as our extra virgin olive oil, Armenian rose petal jam, powdered pomegranate skin, Meyer lemon,orange peel, blood orange peel bites. I authored a cookbook, "Dishing It Out", that features interesting easy recipes. I'm always trying new things,trying to introduce fun ways to fix foods.

One of Les Dames d' Escoffier & a member of American Institute of America I have a deep interest in food. I've been cooking since I was 9 making incredible errors at that time but making great memories. I also volunteer at "Wild Things" in Salinas, Ca. & help wash 5 elephants plus take care of 15 parrots afterwards. I've been doing this for 7 yrs. & really appreciate the rare opportunity to be around these incredible animals.
