Round Rock Farm

We are a small family farm raising all natural grass fed beef. Our herd consists of pure breed heritage bred Scottish Highlanders that are raised in a natural all pasture environment. Our grass fed beef is recognized for its tenderness, full flavor, low cholesterol and low fat. All of our beef is locally processed. Each animal selected for harvest is humanely harvested, dry aged for 21 days, custom processed and quick frozen to maintain flavor and freshness. We sell our beef year round.
