Our lambs are raised in large, lush pastures fertilized with natural, local compost. They graze on grasses, forage in the woods, and are supplemented with soy-free grain. They are a hybrid of the St. Croix and Katahdin breeds, known for their hardiness and quality of meat. We are committed to raising our animals in a humane environment, practicing sustainable agriculture, and promoting the health and wellbeing of our family, friends and customers.
We also raise shiitake mushrooms, specialty peppers and winter squash.
