CSA: Fifth Crow Farm

The CSA produce box includes: 1. Baby head lettuce/bunching greens (varieties vary week to week) 2. A root crop (carrots, beets, turnips, radishes, or potatoes) 3. A bag of pre-washed baby greens (baby arugula, mesclun salad mix, or spinach) 4. A brassica (broccoli, cauliflower, kohlrabi, or cabbage) 5. An allium (leeks, onions, shallots, spring onions, garlic) 6. A fruit (strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, and in the fall, apples from our 27-variety heirloom orchard, and hopefully pears from our new pear orchard. 7. An herb (dill, cilantro, basil, thyme, oregano, sage, etc.) 8. PLUS another 1-3 seasonal items: summer squash, winter squash, tomatoes, poblano or sweet peppers, green beans, artichokes, cucumbers, and more 9. You will also receive a 1-pound bag of our heirloom dry beans each month (7 bags total).
