ForageScape Farm, LLC

ForageScape Farm is located south of Mille Lacs Lake in Central Minnesota. We are a regenerative farm raising animals including forest-raised hogs, pastured-broilers and foraging-turkeys, as well as grass-fed beef and lamb. We believe that animals thrive best when raised in the best conditions possible- the natural outdoors. We rely on portable electric fencing to move animals frequently, providing them with fresh forage for every stage of their life. The eater, the animal and the earth all benefit when animals are moved to new pasture often. Food should not only taste good, but should feel good- you should be able to be proud of how the food was produced and proud to take part in a production style that values the earth, the animals and the eater.
