Fire Eaters is an artisan wood-fired bakery specializing in: pizza, breads, crackers and other baked goods We also have a wood-fired oven on wheels (a.k.a. food truck) for special events, fundraisers and catering. Vegetarian (vegan available), dairy, and all products are certified kosher. Everything we bake features locally grown, locally stone milled whole grain flours. None of our flours are bleached or bromated. Our cheeses are small batch, from local milk, and we rely on locally-sourced produce. Whenever possible we use organic, certified non-GMO ingredients. Our doughs are crafted by hand, without machines. The ovens are carbon-neutral - we only burn organic firewood wood harvested from natural deadfalls by parks and recreation foresters. Our mobile food truck does not use a generator - we rely on ice, insulation, 12-volt and on-demand propane for all of our energy needs. Fire Eaters wood-fired pizza is available in Co-Ops, through CSAs such as Hazon, and frozen by express shipping anywhere in the USA. ("The Chosen Frozen Pizza" TM)
