We work with organic and local ingredients, primarily from South Coast Farms in San Juan Capistrano. We passionately believe that they provide the best possible ingredients for any meal, and we are proud to support the only working organic farm in Orange County. What we do with those ingredients depends on your needs, dinner party for 12 or holiday event for 50- you tell us and we can create the perfect meal for you!
