Our herd of Randall Lineback Cattleis a significant population of the beautiful and unique Vermont landrace breed which total approximately 1000+ animals. They are a hardy triple purpose breed capable of providing milk, draft power, and after a long productive life their beef is still of the absolute best quality in both flavor and tenderness.
Our Mulefoot hogs are descendants of the Spanish Iberico Ham hogs which are thought to have been brought to the Americas in the 1500's. They are an ideal Charcuterie pig with dark flavorful meat and soft unsaturated fat. They are rotationally pastured and fed a carefully crafted supplemental diet suited to their heritage. They have pressings from a local juice bar and left-over produce from an organic grocery (and sometimes elegant French pastries from Sift.)
We also raise two breeds of chicken--Red Rangers and Cornish Cross. All are on an organic, soy free diet on pasture.
We ship via UPS. Within about a 300 mile radius, ground will arrive in one day.
