Icelandic sheep are a heritage breed noted for their long fleeces which come in a myriad of colors, their delicious meat, and their eye catching horns. We are committed to natural methods that preserve the land and respect the animal. Icelandic lamb is lean and tender with a more mild flavor then commercial breeds.
