Fitz's Golden Dexters

Fitz's Golden Dexters raises traditional Irish Dexter cattle, a heritage breed, that has not been out-crossed for the best quality beef and milk like our Irish ancestors. Our Dexter cattle are registered and can be traced back to the 1880's. We hope to continue this breeding for future generations to enjoy. We offer homesteaders opportunities to supply their families with quality cows who carries the A/2 milk genes for the finest diary and beef. Our cattle is tested through UC Davis, California.

When purchases beef we partner with you to finish out the beef to you preference. We offer grass-fed and grain and have local processors who can make the cuts that you prefer.
