Veggie Confetti Farm is a state-of-the-art, hydroponic microgreen farm located in Palatka FL. Our farm is completely self-contained and climate controlled allowing for the year-round production of our premium microgreens. We have a self-sustainable environment; use only non-GMO (mostly organic) seed, use organic plant based nutrients and never use chemicals, pesticides or herbicides on our crops. The farm grows over 20 varieties of premium microgreens and pea shoots. These are sold live to discerning area chefs and to the public at local farmers' markets. Arugula, Basil (Lemon, Opal and Genovese mix), Beet, Broccoli, Celery, Chard, Cilantro, Cress, Kale, Marigold, Mint, Mizuna, Mustard, Pea Shoots, Purple Kohlrabi, Radish (Red Arrow, and Sango), Red Amaranth, Red Cabbage, Red Russian Kale, and Tatsoi. We also have grow-your-own kits for those wishing to grow nutritious and delicious microgreens and shoots at home. Kids love them!!
