We are 100% behind eating ONLY farm fresh meats. Grocery store meats, even all natural and Organic have been quick processed (sometimes with gases) and shipped out to the grocers' warehouses and then shipped to stores. We trust that the dates are correct on the packaging. With this beef, YOU are buying a LIVE animal and picking it up straight from the butcher; you can't get any fresher than that!
About:
Pure Angus, grass fed from start to finish. GAP certified, no Growth Hormones, animal by products or Antibiotics, ever. 4th generation farm. All sustainable pastures and dedicated to the humane treatment of all the cattle on their farm. No stress equals great tasting beef!
How it works:
There will be 2 payments, 1 to us for the live animal and 1 to the Butcher for his services. You will place an order with us and pay us the Monday before delivery to the butcher. Once order is placed, you will get an invoice with payment options and dates. We then transport cattle from Ga to either Combee and Sons Meat Processing, in Lakeland, FL or Double F Custom Cuts in Dade City, FL. Approximately, 14 days later, they start cutting and you will get a call to pick up and pay for your processing with the butcher. It's that simple! Orders are taken at any time for any month, with the exception of Nov. Depending on demand it could be different.

Available sizes are: 1/4, 1/2 and whole steer

1/4 = can be up to 150 lbs $800 plus butcher fees
1/2 = up to 300 lbs $1,600 plus butcher fees
Whole = up to 600 lbs $3,200 plus butcher fees

Processing fees go to the butcher at time of pick up. Beef will be cut, vacuum sealed, labeled and flash frozen

Example: approximately 300 lbs = $1,600 to us and approximately $400 to butcher

*All weights are approximate due to size of steers, the way you choose your cuts and shrinkage during the hanging process.
