Dexters are a heritage breed of cattle that originated from Ireland. Their dark red meat is finely textured making it very tender with a rich beef flavor. It is rich in natural vitamins and Omega 3... Higher Omega 3 content then mackerel. In 2019, a Dexter won the blind taste test for best steak at the American Royal in Kansas City.

They are a dual purpose animal and may also be milked. Several of my animals produce A2/A2 milk.

These Dexters are hormone free and have not been given any antibiotics.

I currently have butcher dates for August 20 and October 29 and price includes delivery to the butcher shop.

Additionally, I have registered and unregistered breeding stock for sale. Yearlings to older cows.
