At Flying Otter, every bottle is 100% estate-grown—crafted exclusively from grapes grown, harvested, and bottled right here at our winery. We never source outside fruit, juice, or bulk wine.
Our family-operated winery features approximately 100 rows of grapevines across more than 10 acres, with 12 cold-hardy grape varieties selected to thrive in Southeast Michigan's unique terroir. Through sustainable vineyard practices, careful stewardship, and hands-on winemaking, we've created a diverse collection of wines that reflect the character of our land.
