NO added Hormones and NO Antibiotics in our beef cattle. The animals are grass fed and grass finished. Our animals are humanely treated, and our beef is processed, dry aged, and packaged by a USDA processor. We sell by 1/4, 1/2, whole animal packages. Our breed of choice is Murray Grey cattle for stocking and beef sales. They are a medium framed cow that do well on grass for grass fed/finished beef and have a high meat to bone ratio. Our animals are DNA tested for the Tenderness and Marbling Genes so you know what type of meat you are getting. We harvest between Feb. and Apr.
