Alexandre EcoDairy Farms

Alexandre EcoDairy Farms is a family grass-based organic dairy on the northern California Coast, producing organic milk in Crescent City, Smith River and Ferndale. Our organic raw milk from grass-fed cows is a nutrient dense, whole food package of essential vitamins, minerals, live enzymes, amino acids and proteins. Dairying in our cool coastal climate is highly conducive to sustainable organic grass and grass-fed animals producing our milk, meat and egg products are high in CLA, Vitamins A, D & E and other Essential Fatty Acids. Blake & Stephanie Alexandre have a farm store where our local community has access our own meat from grass-fed steers, eggs from pastured poultry, heritage breeds organic pork and many other hard to find nutrient dense foods. Our organic values extend into our personal lives as well, in what we eat, how we live, and the products we use on a daily basis. Through one of our major health issues, we learned of the Weston A. Price Foundation, and believed so much in what it represents that we became Chapter leaders for our area. The Alexandre's were instrumental in the come back of the once endangered Aleutian Canada Goose and their removal off the Federal Endangered Species Act list. Each fall and spring, the cows share their grass with tens of thousands of geese. What was nearly extinct population of fewer than 500 in the 1960's has now grown to over 60,000. This environmental success story is an example of the Alexandre Family's ability to maintain an environmentally-friendly agricultural business.
