Princess Seafood is one commercial fishing vessel named Princess and the three young women who run it. We are dedicated to providing the highest quality, sashimi grade salmon, albacore and sablefish all caught in the healthiest fisheries with low impact gear. We meticulously care for each fish one at a time, cleaning and freezing each one down to -30 degrees right after it is caught. Our seafood is available at select grocers, the Original Santa Rosa farmers market, our online store fvprincess.com and right off the boat.
