CSA: Fox Briar Farm

We offer two 10 week Seasons, Summer and Fall, with pick ups at Piazza Italian Market in Easton, MD or at the Historic Lewes farmers market in Lewes, DE. You pick up a curated bag of vegetables, between 5-9 different items, each week. The Farm Share includes plenty of classics (think squash, tomatoes, cucumbers, kale, radishes, salad mix) but also some specialty crops not commonly seen in the store (like Treviso Radicchio, Japanese Sprouting Cauliflower, Red Bok Choy, an array of heirloom tomatoes) and even a few grown by one of our local partner farms (maybe some shiitake mushrooms or shishito peppers). We send along helpful email each week with your share, educating you about some of the veg, the type of work happening in the field, and recipes for inspiration.
