Free Radical Ranch

Free Radical Ranch is a working diversified 44-acre farm in Piner, KY located just minutes off of I-75 in southern Kenton County in northern Kentucky. Free Radical Ranch sells non-GMO and humanely raised beef, pork and grassfed lamb, plus healthy produce through our On-Farm Store, Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) Membership shares, and through our local DCCH Farmers Market of Fort Mitchell. Our produce is raised naturally and we always include a very wide variety of heirloom and heritage selections! We raise a healthy flock of a unique American heritage breed - the Katahdin hair sheep. We offer KHSI registered "RR" breeding stock plus grassfed lamb whole and by the cut. Our pork comes from our Idaho Pasture Pigs and crosses. We raise Dairy-Cross Cattle for our beef as they better fit our small family farm. We are also home to Rabbits, and Poultry including Laying Hens & Ducks, plus a few peacocks and an occasional turkey. Come visit in person to see our happy and healthy menagerie raised humanely and with love! Free Radical Ranch hosts award-winning Suri and Huacaya Alpacas, Llamas, and registered Angora Goats for Breeding and Purchase to select individuals, plus offer unique and one-of-a-kind Fiber/Fabric Art pieces. We offer quality Alpaca and Mohair Fleece and Fiber Products for purchase. We are always looking for the right person for an Internship , as our incredibly diversified farm provides much variety and a unique educational opportunity! With backgrounds in Farming, Biology, Art & Education, we hold educational events such as farm tours, plus classes on raising alpacas, raising sheep, rotational grazing, and fiber/fabric classes.
