Home-grown produce - we no longer USDA organically certify our produce but some of our partners are. New Immigrant Ag Project now independent of our trainers at the May Farm (MN) and Big River Farms. Weekly garden baskets of typical midwestern veggies plus Latino and Asian vegies, herbs, flowers, recipes... Monthly fall/winter baskets with a four-season harvest plan. Festivals: Salsa Fest, Great Pumpkin search and parade. Extended season: two hoophouses an Elliot Coleman mobile hightunnel with lots of greens and a newer, longer hoophouse that will house some of our perrenials/fruit trees. From our root cellar we draw for our fall/winter CSA and Spring shares. Colored egg and poultry shares. Vineyard's first field blend in 2008 - space available.
