We are proud to announce that our current project is with a ghost kitchen and combined food hall in Washington DC. This new type of dining establishment idea has been a huge hit on the West Coast and it is time to bring it to the East Coast! It allows local restaurants/chefs a feasible way to expand their business with low cost. The amazing building has 50+ kitchens in one space for quick delivery, catering, events, plus 6 yummy walk up restaurants for fast dining. The space is built out and will be open very soon!
Now is the time for community farms and suppliers for our inventory. That means you!! We are actively bringing in vendors for ingredients in this space and onto the accepted supplier list. A strong community list is what we are seeking for farm to table freshness, and to stabilize the outlying rural farm communities in the Washington DC area.
