We started raising Scottish Highlands in 1998 & received our license to sell packaged meat in August of 2007. Our cattle are naturally raised with no STEROIDS, HORMONES, ANTIBIOTICS. ALSO NO PRESERVATIVES, NO-NITRATES OR MSG.
Highland Beef is nutritious, high quality, specialty beef. Tender & delicious naturally higher in protein than chicken, low in fat & lower in cholesterol than buffalo, venison, codfish or chicken because they have a thick hide & thick hair to protect them they naturally don't have to produce the fat plus being grass fed. They originated in the Highlands of Scotland & are the oldest registered breed on record. We also have pork. Our meat is handled very little & frozen immediately giving less chance of contamination.
