The Giant's Belly Farm is now taking orders for pasture raised goose!
Our Geese are pasture-raised in Greene, Maine with continuous access to a pond, and to Maine-grown barley to supplement their foraging. Truly a local food! Your choice of old-world Toulouse breed, or modern Embdens.
Goose is a traditional holiday favorite, and is all dark meat, with a rich beefy flavor.
Prices are $7/# dressed, with geese ranging from approximately 8-14#/ea.
