Fungi Farms

I am an amateur mycologist with three years of experience now growing gourmet, edible, medicinal mushrooms. I have over twenty species currently in my possession, and will acquire and cultivate almost any species you request. I am currently speaking with a grocery chain supplier about mushroom jerky. Planned products include mushroom leather, edible bioluminescent fungi, powdered fungi, dried fungi, mushroom supplements, tinctures, drinks, as well as live liquid cultures, cultures on petri dishes, as well as colonized, ready to fruit, re-usable mushroom grow kits. Any live mushroom culture is a lifetime supply of that mushroom if you learn how to keep it alive and reproducing. I am starting my farm as a charity, with the intended purpose of 1. Helping me get 50/50 custody of my child, and 2. To feed, employ, and house veterans. I plan on acquiring an Odin CRISPR kit, and using it to improve the nutritional, medicinal, bioluminescent, and any other beneficial properties I can discover. Another beneficial property of mushrooms is their ability to generate novel metabolites to fight off introduced (before untreatable) pathogen.
