Troll-caught Salmon and Halibut, including Washington Marbled Chinook Salmon (Ark listed). During the season (normally May through September) I fish for salmon and halibut off the coast of Washington. Fish are caught one at a time on hook and line and are bled, cleaned and iced immediately. Fish are delivered weekly into the Bellingham area directly to select restaurants, and when avaialble, by appointment to individual buyers.
