We are so happy to begin this journey. Galloway Manor has been a dream in my family for almost 100 years. My family has lived in rural Va since 1899, and we finally have the means to make this happen.
We have a small chicken flock and 100 laying Coturnix quail. I specialize in working with beef tallow, and my husband is a talented amateur apiarist. My daughter, River, makes the most delicious bread. I could live off of her focaccia alone. Our son Collin is very spiritual. He collects and blesses water under each full moon, bottles it and seals with wax. We all have something to offer and we are opening for business April 2nd 2023.
