CSA: Garden Fresh Farms

All our produce is available to our CSA and RSA subscribers year round. Variety, not surprises each week providing a known weekly variety of products. We grow several varieties of leaf lettuce, herbs, sprouts as well as some seasonal berries and mint. We raise rainbow trout and tilapia. They are harvested on a regular basis.

Greens & Grains Subscription: 20 Week/subscription (all year round). Weekly portion includes a variety of Lettuce, Herbs, Cress, Sprouts and Asian Greens along with a freshly baked 20 oz loaf of artisan bread. One of the following items will be included, as they are available; jam & jellies, salad dressing, pickles, salsa, honey, maple syrup, pesto, mushrooms, seasonal berries or mint. $450 per subscription.

Greens & Grains & Protein: 20 Week/subscription (all year round). Looking for the full meal deal? This adds two (2) fresh fish every other week to the Greens & Grains Subscription. You will receive either Rainbow trout or tilapia based on availability. Fish are still growing but will be market size early June 2012. Subscriptions starting April: $500, May: $525, June: $600.
