CSA: Gauthier's Farm

This is a Pork CSA. each month you get approx 18 pounds of fresh, pasture raised pork ( an example would be 3# of bacon, 5# of sausage, 6# of chops, and 3-4# of ham steaks. each month a different share holder will get a rotating product such as a pic-nic ham or ribs but everyone will get the same basic package) We are essentially selling 1/8 of a pig. We are only starting with 8 shares and we'll expand as demand grows. You can buy more than one share.
