Gentle Bee Honey

Gentle Bee Honey specializes in producing fine Western New York raw honey. Every drop of honey is harvested by hand. We never heat our honey above 115 degrees in order to preserve the flavor and aroma unique to honeys in our area. We are working to select bee stock to provide very gentle bees, hence the name of the farm. Once we have a very gentle strain, we plan to provide a unique beginner training class for those with little or no beekeeping experience that would like to keep just a few colonies of bees and would like to begin with gentle bees.
