My brother and I make pure maple syrup on our family farm a spring tradition we started on our mothers stove that we have grown into a full scale operation.  We tap around 600 trees with a mixture of buckets and tubing making around 150 gallons of syrup each spring.  we welcome visitors during the season while we are boiling down in our sugarhouse. 
I also raise a small flock of tunis sheep for meat and wool production.
