We are a natural food club dedicated to providing local, grass fed beef, pastured pork, free range chicken, soy-free eggs from free range chickens, raw cheeses made right here in Kentucky. We have soaked/fermented breads made by a local baker, along with bulk dried goods. Seasonally we work with local farmers who provide organic fruits, vegetables and CSA's. We follow the recommendations of the Weston A. Price Foundation. Come be a part of a growing club filled with people pursuing great health and good food.
