Knife & Plow is a solar powered organic vegetable farm and licensed commercial kitchen. We turn local harvests into small-batch pantry, freezer, and ready to eat products for farm stands, specialty stores, co-ops, restaurants , and local food retailers.  We currently operate two seasonal self-serve farm stands in Strafford, attend Seacoast Eat Local Winter Markets, The Kittery Community Market in the summer, and our retail store is open on Friday's from 10-6.
