This year I am offering only full shares. I am planning alternating weeks to spread out the harvest. Mid Summer might be weekly shares.
I have been operating my CSA for 29 years my strategy this season is to offer larger shares every other week cycle. Prior seasons I have experiences a customer over load during these seasons with too much produce holding into the next delivery. This also allows a bit more time on the farm in the spring.
I farm organically using no synthetic herbicides, pesticides, fertilizers applying cover crops and crop rotations for soil building. I am not "USDA Certified Organic"
