CSA: Good Pickin Farm

CSA Your Way: you pick which crops you want, and we do all the work to grow them!

This is a unique and individualized gardening opportunity, it is a hybrid of a CSA and community garden. We at Good Pickin Farm will prep the beds, plant and maintain the crops. Members will select and prioritize the crops from our grow list that will be grown in their plots and they will be in charge of harvesting the crops. This allows members to have control over what is grown for them and they are not overloaded with a harvest once a week. Veggies will be fresher when used and members will be more informed on how much and when crops will be ready to harvest, because they will be able to harvest at their convenience throughout the growing season.

We have started bed prep and will be starting planting some crops in early April. Harvest will start in May with the abundance during June-September. Members will have a plot in the garden and our greenhouse, so we will be able to harvest into the fall and there is less crop failure due to unpredictable weather. We also have a pick your own community herb and flower garden that members can harvest from as much as they would like!
