Good Work Farm is honored to be going into its 7th year as a community built around healthy, sustainably grown, local food (and flowers!).
Our share includes a generous helping of fresh and sustainably-grown produce, pick-your-own flowers, strawberries, herbs, peas, and beans, and the opportunity to engage with your community while supporting local, small-scale, draft-powered agriculture.
Community Supported Agriculture re-connects farmers and consumers in an economic model of shared risk and shared reward. It helps empower consumers with the knowledge of where their food comes from and how it was grown. It helps empower farmers with a certain market for the fruits (and leaves, roots, and flowers) of their hard work.
We intend our full share to feed a couple of vegetable lovers, or a small family who eat vegetables daily in their diet. We offer a wide variety of seasonal produce--including pick your own flowers, herbs, beans, peas, strawberries, and cherry tomatoes. Our 1/2 share option allows you to pick-up every-other week, for a total of 12 weeks.
