A Tuesday evening market in downtown Kalamazoo, with a friendly, "small town" feel. We feature high quality vendors selling a diverse selection of local fresh produce, prepared foods, plants, and handmade arts and crafts at affordable prices. We also host entertaining community events at each market, including family friendly live music, dance, children's programs and cooking demos. When you shop the Douglass Market, you're supporting our mission of making sure that everyone in our community has access to healthy, local food and community-building amenities like farmers' markets--as well as finding ways to ensure that the hard work of our local farmers is fairly rewarded. We are a member of the Michigan Farmers Market Association and accept SNAP Benefits/Bridge cards/EBT. We also welcome Double Up Food Bucks tokens, WIC and Senior Project FRESH coupons, and Read and Seed Market Bucks.
