Grandad Farms

Producing food in Emmett, ID that you can feel good eating: pasture chicken, and pasture eggs. Our journey to producing quality food began when we were forced to tackle some complex health issues. After researching and finding out how so many of the conventional food production ways are broken and producing unhealthy food with little nutritional substance, we decided to begin our farming journey to grow food the right way and use food as medicine. People like Joel Salatin inspired us and helped us get to where we are this season: raising broilers, and layers on pasture with high quality, non-GMO, soy-free, corn-free feed. We're thrilled to be growing food that we feel good eating, and we hope that you'll join us and enjoy some of the fruits of our labor!
