Your weekly cooler of organically grown, seasonal vegetables may contain the following: During the Spring Session we anticipate salad greens, spinach, onions, radishes, potatoes, beets, sweet peas and carrots. During the warmer months of the Summer Session we look forward to squash, zucchini, green beans, cucumbers, tomatoes, okra, peppers, eggplant and cowpeas. During the waning temperatures of the Fall Session we expect a continued harvest of summer favorites plus cantaloupe, winter squash, sweet potatoes and watermelon. This is not an exhaustive list, but a sample of what to expect.
