Your weekly cooler of organically grown, seasonal vegetables may contain the following: At the beginning of the season expect salad greens, spinach, onions, and radishes; these should be followed by potatoes, beets, and carrots. As the weather warms expect squash, zucchini, green beans and cucumbers. During the hot summer months there should be abundant tomatoes, okra, peppers, and cowpeas. As the season begins to wind down, expect cantaloupe and watermelon. This is not an exhaustive list, but a sample of what to expect.
