Each of five boxes contains 15-18 lbs of 100% grass-fed beef and pastured pork. Cuts include ground; roasts; bacon and sausage products; steaks; and chops. Boxes are shipped regionally (Iowa, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Nebraska, Northern Illinois) monthly. Newsletters with farm news and meal preparation suggestions are included. Customers are alerted to delivery details and sale items that may be added to their share.
